winegcc: merge winewrap into winegcc

Dimitrie O. Paun dpaun at rogers.com
Mon Feb 23 01:23:15 CST 2004

Winegcc is no longer calling itself recursively, many cleanups, etc.
It's now in much better shape to support -shared.

ChangeLog
