rsabase unit tests

Hello,

this is a slightly modified version of a patch I've submitted a few days ago, 
but which was not committed to cvs. I guess it wasn't applied since I forgot 
the LGPL header. This unit test tests the CPGenRandom function of 
rsabase.dll, which is the only function currently implemented. On my system, 
it runs to completion if applied to a plain cvs wine tree checkout.
