[OLEAUT32] Resend: Typelibs, Better handling of References

Hi,

 Resend of previous patch with better and more "thread safe" code :)

 Changelog:
  - better handling of references between ITypeLib and ITypeInfo
  - thread safe AddRefs/Releases
  - usefull traces for detecting problems (thread-safe, references)
  - some comments on some leaks (ie we should released attrs created by 
ITypeInfo_GetTypeAttr)
  - Fix ITypeInfo::Invoke return code (in error return it)

Now we go further on many InstallShields (i'm using Prince Of Persia and 
SplinterCell Demo) but InstallShield seems to freeze after creating the 
"desktop/background" window (i only see Window messaging traces).
Any expert to help me ? 
helpppp, i want a lot to use SplinterCell Demo :(
