Regedit: Better Feedback For Long Operations

Hi,

This patch makes regedit change the cursor to the standard wait one when
expanding treeview nodes and this can take a long time. The user can
then see that the program is doing something, rather than just hung. I
also added in the standard WM_SETREDRAW trick to make adding nodes
faster.

- Turn off redrawing when expanding to make it faster
