oleaut32 tests

Hi,

This fixes some tests that crash/fail on early versions of oleaut32.

   +dlls/oleaut32/tests/olefont.c dlls/oleaut32/tests/safearray.c
    Use function ptrs for call only present in later versions
    Fix tests that fail with old versions
