[AppDB] Integrating Wine's AppDB with Bugzilla

Warn: untested due to lack of appdb data and a test
bugzilla availiblty

Add a search bugs link to an app that links to a
bugzill serach by URL, the idea is to fill in bugzilla
the appdb url from now, it already contains the real
app url and it allows a 2 way connection of appdb and
bugzilla
