Remove references to winecheck from the documentation

Remove references to winecheck from the documentation and insert a TODO that 
mentions that the functionality is to be moved into winecfg.

Alexandre, are we all set to put winecheck into the attic?

There are a few references to winecheck in README.de,.fr,.it,.pt and .pt_br 
files.  These should probably also be removed.
