[DMUSIC] cleanups, fixes and IDirectMusicStyle loading

Hi,

 Changelog:
  - add the same new files (dmutils.c/dmutils.h) into dmime,dmband and dmstyle 
directory who share the debug and helper functions for dmusic dlls (as Rok 
idea for dmloader)
  - use new helpers functions to load References on 
IDirectMusicSegTriggerTrack loading (currently they leaks)
  - IDirectMusicStyle (almost partial) loading
  - minor fixes

Alexandre, instead using copy of the sames files can we use a static library 
for sharing this code ?
