WineHQ: CrossOver Office 3.0 announcement

Notes 5.0 was already supported in CrossOver Office < 3.0.
We did not merge the CrossOver and Wine codebases (i.e. the WineHQ
CVS and CrossOver CVS repositories are still separate).
