Make underlining of fonts drawn at an angle follow the text

This patch fixes a bug in rendering of underlined fonts with a non-zero 
escapement (that is, fonts drawn at an angle other than the horizontal). The 
bug is that the underlining of the font is always drawn on the horizontal 
starting from the first character output This patch makes the underlining 
follow the text drawn.
