EnumDateFormats patch

	Sorry, it wasn't until after I sent the patch that I realized that I hit r 
instead of t in preparing the source code. Here is the fixed version of the 
patch.

I have enclosed the patch for the file against the latest source package.

- Implemented the EnumDateFormatsW function and vastly improved upon the
  EnumDateFormatsA function.
