key repeat count bug on sparc

This is the first of several patches to fix winelib bugs, many of them are
fixing things that already work on little-endian machines but break on sparc
(and probably other big-endians).

This bug manifested itself on sparc/solaris, where a single keypress showed
up as many -- the count field was getting confused with some other data.
