dialogex resource loading on sparc

Another endian bug, this time wine was unable to correctly discriminate
between DIALOG and DIALOGEX resources on a big endian, which would cause it
to fail to load any DIALOGEX.  There are a couple of ways this bug could
have been solved, and I couldn't think of any that were particularly pretty.
