ADVAPI32: implement MD4 & MD5 functions

This patch implements MD{4,5} functions in advapi32 based on LGPL code
by Nikos Mavroyanopoulos, which itself is based on code in the public
domain written by Colin Plumb.

 Add tests for these functions.
