Hi,

I've broken up the tab patch into several pieces and made some
improvements. Heres part1 (critical for my app).

   +dlls/comctl32/tab.c
    Items are variable sized, use an accessor to get at them
    Combine A/W calls together to remove duplication
    Dont leak text when removing/changing items
    Turn off hot tracking when we delete the last item
    Use the 'delete 1 item' logic when deleting all items
