Remove winesetuptk and wineinstall from docs

Winesetuptk hasn't been updated for a while (new drive scheme, etc.),
and it's not even listed on our sf.net download page anymore (where it
was last seen).
tools/wineinstall doesn't do more than what wineprefixcreate does for
configuration, and needs a source tree while wineprefixcreate is
installed. Also, ./configure && make && make install works great now.

I know winecfg is not fully ready yet, but the drive part is supposed to
work right now, and for now we don't offer another tool than $EDITOR for
~/.wine/config.

Changelog
Remove references to winesetuptk and wineinstall in Wine's
documentation.
