wineserver contexts for Alpha

There are two definitions of _CONTEXT for Alpha in winnt.h: one
protected by __ALPHA__ (added by Steven 2 years ago), and one protected
by _ALPHA_, which is the same kind of protection as MSVC. Should we dump
the __ALPHA__ one and change configure to define _ALPHA_ instead?
