widl fix

I sent patch to widl a few days ago (patch is applied):

But I made mistake and sent the wrong (incomplete) version of this 
patch, and that's
why my yesturday's patch:
http://www.winehq.org/hypermail/wine-patches/2004/10/0177.html
doesn't work (with this patch it works). I'm sorry for that.
