Enable _WIN64

Much is still broken, but (with the patches already sent and one more
coming), it actually compiles on Alpha. Lots of warnings still (a lot of
them with conversions from/to pointers to/from ints, others "just"
incompatible pointers being passed to functions).

Changelog:
Enable _WIN64 mode.
