Hello,

this patch implements a substantial part of rsaenh.dll, which is one of the 
standard cryptographic service providers distributed with current Windows 
versions. I know that small incremental patches are prefered, but I hope that 
this one can go in as is, since it does touch almost none of the existend 
code base.

The unit tests run successfully on Win XP SP2. I didn't test them on other 
plattforms, however.
