imagehlp - image binding from ReactOS

Hello,

Sorry about the formatting. Alex used MS_VC to implement this and it
kinda messed up the formating. I have tried to clean it as best I could.
Also I have removed/improved a lot of the debug messages and removed
redundant functions declarations from the last patch by reordering the
code.
