user: report button state in COMBOBOXINFO.stateButton, not dropdown state

Experimenting showed the same behaviour on Windows.

Change CB_GETCOMBOBOX to return STATE_SYSTEM_PRESSED in
COMBOBOXINFO.stateButton when really the button is pressed, not when the
combo is dropped down.
