gdi: TRY2(updated) old version freetype installed message warning

Debian sarge (stable) have a freetype version 2.1.7-2.4 and
bitmapped fonts silently subsituted.
This patch add MESSAGE if application try to load bitmapped font, but
system have old freetype library.
