hhctrl: Load help window values from the CHM file

Hi,

To avoid the warnings when HeapFree'ing the LPCWSTRs, I just cast the
strings to LPWSTRs.  I would changes the LPCWSTRs to LPWSTRs, but
htmlhelp.h is a public header.  If there is a better way to do it or
if there is another problem, let me know.  I'd like to get basic html
help functionality in cvs as soon as possible.
