gdi32 stub AddFontMemResourceEx

Hi, Ages of Empire 3 Trial

which claims that it must be run in XP, currently
fails because of unimplemented call to
AddFontMemResourceEx.

Following patch makes it proceed a bit further until
it hangs in d3d8 , for which i'll file a bug report
