MSI: identifiers are true if they are non-empty

Testing shows that the expression "hey" evaluates to true if "hey" is a
non-empty property, not if the value of the property is non-zero.  Thus if
"hey" is not set, "hey" evaluates to false.  If "hey" is set to "0", "hey"
evaluates to true.

ChangeLog: identifiers evaluate to true if they are non-empty, regardless
of value.
