Do continue when our device can't be openened in SetVolumeLabel

Hey,

This seems to be the correct thing. First we look if it is a fat
partition. Then we check if we can write to it. If we can't write we
return "permission denied".
If it isn't a fat partition we continue with an other approach.

Without this patch we would stop if we couldn't open the device as a
fat partition.

This fixes winecfg volume label setting.

Changelog:
Only stop writing a volume label if we found a non writable fat partition
