OLEAUT32: Implementation of OleFontImpl_QueryTextMetrics

APILOAD.EXE is a little Visual Basic program which comes with MS Visual 
Studio 6, which tries to invoke IFont::QueryTextMetrics to build the 
main dialog layout. This patch is required to prevent APILOAD.EXE from 
messing up its layout and/or crashing.
