[ntdll/om.c] Add some return codes

Hi,

I've added some extra return codes to the NtOpenSymbolicLinkObject and
NtQuerySymbolicLinkObject.

They are still stubs of course. Full implementation is on the todo list,
but not high yet :-).

Tests will follow.
