Fixes for signal_powerpc.c

Hi,

this patch fix two issues on signal_powerpc.c

changelog :
     - Fix NTDLL_wait_for_multiple_objects call in usr1_handler.
     - Fix an error due to "invalid lvalue in assignment" with gcc 4  
on Darwin 8.0
