Implement GlobalMemoryStatusEx for Solaris


Notes about patch:

This patch is highly recommended for Wine on Solaris 10

GlobalMemoryStatusEx defaults of 16 MB is too small for most applications, 
using this call consideration should be given to raising this limit possibly 
to 64MB after applying this patch.
