[NDR] Fix Object Marshaling

ChangeLog:
Raise exceptions on failures.

Replace references of pStubMsg->BufferEnd with RpcMsg->Buffer +
pStubMsg->BufferLength.

Fix buffer calculation when no interface data is marshaled to the
stream.
