COMCTL32: toolbar group check exclusion test

Tests if mutual exclusion in toolbar check groups works correctly.

First, checking one button in a group should uncheck another. Second, it
should do so even if the group contains separators, as long as they have
a TBSTYLE_GROUP flag set. Third, groups separated by non-TBSTYLE_GROUP
separator shouldn't affect each other.
