Use appropriate DDE APIs (ANSI or unicode) for ShellExecuteA/W

Hello,
Excel from Office 2000 in Win98 mode refuses to communicate by DDE if
IsWindowUnicode returns TRUE for a client window. This means that
ShellExecuteA no more works for Excel after IsWindowUnicode was fixed
to return correct values for windows belonging to foreign processes.
