[RESEND] unixfs: Implemented UnixFolder's IPersistPropertyBag::Load method

This is a re'diffed version of the patch

I guess the problem is the additional delayed import on oleaut32? It is needed 
for the SysFreeString API and WinXP's shell32 also delay imports oleaut32 and 
SysFreeString.
