AVIFIL32: initialize structs for mmioDescend/FindChunkAndKeepExtras

AVI file recognition in wine CVS at 2005/09/09 is broken - no files are 
recognized as AVI, even if valid. The root cause is the use of 
uninitialized structures as parameters to mmioDscend and 
FindChunkAndKeepExtras. This patch corrects the issue.
