- fixed "short-cuts" bug
- final fixing of "missing translations" message string. [under Uwe Bonnes suggest. Note: «Uwe, "in nuce" you was right.» :-) ]
- Added translation (again).
- Some adjustments
- Partial re-written of source file (under shell32_EN.rc new standard): now it is more clear.
