[netapi32] Add (stubbed) NetSessionEnum

Hi,

psloggedon.exe (SysInternals) needs NetSessionEnum.

I've added share.c (and 'share' debug channel) to cope with the share
related netapi32 functions. I'll move another one from browsr.c to this
new file in another patch.

I'll also try and come up with some conformance tests. (What's the status
about testing?, still no new winetest.exe on
http://www.astro.gla.ac.uk/users/paulm/WRT/CrossBuilt/ for 1.5 months now)
