riched20: Accept RTF header without a version number

Hi,

I'm guessing this patch didn't get accepted because it didn't apply
cleanly - two of the lines are wordwrapped.

This is the same patch, except it applies / isn't wordwrapped.

It fixes most of bug #5796 (there appears to be another issue with
ReadColorTbl as well).

Please make sure the commit is in Phil Krylov's name.
