tools[1/2]: create a freedesktop-enabled menu directory (try 2)

This version of the patch supports multiple wine prefixes. The menu file 
points to the subdirectory of wineprefix The menu file name is built 
from the path so the overwrites should occure only when a prefix is 
deleted and then recreated.
