[PATCH 0/7] Various debug fixes

The following series implements several bug fixes / improvements
to the debugging code. Mainly:
- code factorisation & clean up in winedbg
- several fixes in winedbg & dbghelp for handling correctly the
  fact that now variables location can depend on PC
- enhancement to winedbg to get some values out of registers
  for local variables out of the top frame
- bug fixes & regressions

Most of the issues have been found & debugged by Peter Oberndorfer.
A big thank to Peter for his work !!
