[1/5] usp10: implement ScriptStringAnalyse

Hi,

Part 1 of 5.
Here's an implementation of ScriptStringAnalyse.
This is to remove a dependency on the native usp10 for PAF 5.2.
Also, part 5 updates tests with this series of patches.
