[AppDB] Add special download link

This adds a special download URL field, where the user can put a link to where 
the version can be downloaded for free.  The download link is then displayed 
in the 
version view.
If this is accepted my next move will be to add a page for browsing 
downloadable versions.

The following SQL command must be run
ALTER TABLE appVersion ADD downloadURL VARCHAR(100) NOT NULL;
