[4/4] usp10: implement ScriptStringCPtoX

This patch implements ScriptStringCPtoX which returns an X coordinate 
for a glyph index.
Also removing some todo_wine's that this patch fixes.  Also restoring a 
test that was modified in patch 1 of this series, now that it passes for 
all glyph indices instead of just zero.
