[PATCH 1/3] dinput: [mouse] Copy and modify default data format.

We need to set instances and types so we can use this data format description
to find requested object and to enumerate them.

Because we don't perform any detection about what mouse we have an how many
buttons it has, just return maximum numbers from default data format.
