X11DRV: remove DesktopDoubleBuffered option

Hi,

This patch removes the DesktopDoubleBuffered option. This option was  added in 2000 when double buffering wasn't that common in display drivers and when we still had visual switching in opengl32. These days the option doesn't make sense for both Direct3D and OpenGL. In case of OpenGL single buffering can easily be emulated and this will be done. Since Direct3D will move over to opengl32 in the near future it can use it as well. Lionel also agreed that this option doesn't make sense anymore.
