Wined3d texture fixes

Hi,

This patch fixes problems in 3dmark2001. The program checks the capabilities 
of the device and doesn't detect any video memory because the capability 
isn't set. This patch sets video memory capabilities, adds some checks to 
SetTexture and updates some comments.
