oleaut: Revert incorrect patch changing the order of parameters passed into DispCallFunc

ChangeLog:
Revert incorrect patch changing the order of parameters passed into
DispCallFunc.
A test with native indeed shows that the parameter index
increases from the leftmost parameter to the rightmost.
