[usp10] Add ScriptItemize functionality

This patch adds inital functionality to ScriptItemize in usp10.  This is 
functionality limited in that it treats the string to be itemised as one 
item rather than breaking it down into constiuent part.  Further work 
will be need introduce proper parsing.
