unixfs: Fix SetNameOf

Basically the same thing as for ParseDisplayName: The destination pidl passed 
to SHNotify was a relative one, while it should be absolute.

Changelog:
    Ensure that pidls passed to SHNotify are absolute
    SetNameOf should fail on absolute path names
    Some tests to show this
